Select Economy Plus seating from the seat map and select the "Continue to Payment" button. The price shown is the discounted price.
See your savings under "Cost Breakdown"

Mobile
Open the United app on your mobile device. On the mobile app homepage, click Book Flight, and enter origin, destination, travel dates and other search criteria; click the "Advanced search" dropdown and follow step 2.
